The Sausage King

The Sausage King is famous for its many flavours of sausages, all made on the premises with no additives or preservatives, from quality cuts of meat, ground and mixed by hand, with unique flavours from Arks’ own "Old World" recipes.

Their corned beef is excellent and many customers come by every week for more. The Sausage King has been in the same location in the Market for more than 15 years. The business was started by a Macedonian butcher some 30 years ago. Ark and Natali are the third owners, and Ark brings his professional skills as a sausage-maker and butcher to the business.

They also sell peameal bacon, cold cuts, free-range poultry, and, from their lunch counter, serve fresh, hot roast beef, corned beef, sausage, and peameal bacon sandwiches to order with all the fixings you desire.
