Delivery Schedule

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday as the market is closed Sundays and Mondays. Current availability of delivery slots within the next week are as follows.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver in the City of Toronto within the boundaries outlined in the map below: South of the 401 to the lake and east of Highway 427 to Victoria Park.

If you live outside of our delivery area, feel free to email info@fooddel.com to see if we can arrange delivery to your area. 

 

Delivery Process

Someone must be present to receive the order. We will not leave deliveries unattended at a customer's residence or business.

 

Delivery Fee

Fooddel orders delivered to residential customers are subject to a $10 delivery fee, regardless of order size.

 

Late Deliveries

We make every effort to deliver your order within the delivery window you've selected. If we are going to be late delivering your order, your driver or a customer service representative will call you and advise you of the delay.

 

Hazardous Driving Policy

The safety of our delivery personnel and the public is paramount to us. Our delivery staff are instructed to exercise caution when driving through inclement weather and other road hazards, which may result in delays. If your delivery will be delayed due to hazardous driving conditions, we will email you as soon as possible on that day to let you know. If your delivery will be delayed beyond 10 pm, our customer response team will call you with the option of re-scheduling for the following day. We will continue to do everything in our power to ensure on-time deliveries, but we ask for your patience and understanding should your order be affected.
